the public through a website that is maintained through the partnership
of The Real Estate Board of New York. All the exclusive listings shown
on the site are brokered by participating members of the REBNY Listing
Service (RLS) which co-brokes on average 10,000 New York City listings
a day.

The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) was begun in 1896 as the
first real estate trade association in the state of New York. REBNY
works on behalf of its members to promote public and industry policies
and frequently speaks before government bodies to, among other things,
expand New York’s economy, encourage the development and renovation of
commercial and residential real property, enhance the city’s appeal to
investors and residents and facilitate property management.
